A drifter known as Kansas Red pulls young Billy out of a card-game shootout. The boy is in trouble: the outlaw Thorn has snatched his mother, Carol, and means to drag her to the altar. The three ride hard to crash the wedding, guns up — though whether Carol wants saving is its own question.

Director Michael Feifer plays it old-school: saloons, horses, high-noon standoffs. Drew Waters does the riding, while Tom Berenger lends some heft in a small but memorable turn.
