Synopsis

Sasha has a comfortable arrangement: no commitments, no pressure. Then his girlfriend Lina says she's pregnant. The shock puts him in a hospital bed, where he ends up next to Ella — a chatty pensioner with no filter and very clear ideas about how young men should conduct their lives. She organises them both onto a spontaneous road trip across Germany. Kubitschek plays Ella without a single soft edge; she's not a warm grandmotherly figure, she just happens to be right about everything.
