Synopsis
Windstorm 3 (Ostwind 3 - Aufbruch nach Ora, 2017) is a German family adventure you can watch online on iFILM. The third chapter sends teenage Mika and her black stallion Ostwind south, from the Kaltenbach stables to the heat of Andalusia.
Mika is famous now. Owners drive across the country for her advice on troubled horses, and the attention has worn her thin. After a falling-out with her grandmother she slips away one night with Ostwind, chasing a hunch that the horse's family waits somewhere in Spain. Director Katja von Garnier shoots the mountain roads and free-running herds so the scenery pulls as much weight as the plot. Hanna Binke returns in the lead.
