The Witch Game

"The Witch Game" (Juego de brujas, 2024) is an Argentine horror film to watch online on iFILM, directed by Fabián Forte. Mara is a teenager who's spent years deep in the esoteric arts — tarot, rituals, the stuff most people dismiss. On her birthday she gets a virtual game as a gift. It's not virtual.

Her sister falls under the grip of dark forces, and Mara has one night to play through to the end — obstacle by obstacle, her own convictions tested at every turn. Lourdes Mansilla carries the film alone for most of its runtime and makes it work. Forte keeps the horror atmospheric rather than effects-heavy. A solid entry in South American supernatural horror.
