Synopsis
Heroes of the Golden Mask (2023) is a Canadian animated adventure you can watch online on iFILM. Charlie is a sharp-tongued American orphan with no home and no plan. Then something inexplicable drops him into Sanxingdui, an ancient Chinese kingdom.
A colorful band of superheroes needs the kid's help — a ruthless conqueror is closing in on their city. Charlie falls in with them while quietly plotting to swipe the golden masks behind their powers. Directed by Sean Patrick O'Reilly, the film leans on a sturdy voice cast: Ron Perlman, Patton Oswalt, Natasha Liu Bordizzo and Christopher Plummer in one of his final roles.
