We're Going to Team Building (Jedeme na teambuilding, 2023) is a Czech workplace comedy you can watch online on iFILM. Director Zuzana Marianková sends an ambitious office climber straight into the department he'd never have picked himself.

Aleš had it all figured out. Then his narcissistic boss reassigns him to the company's worst division: the call center. His new team is a collection of misfits — a chatty eccentric named Marcela, a nihilist slacker Michal, a model who somehow ended up in a cubicle, and a few others who clearly missed the onboarding memo. His only way out: beat his former colleagues at a weekend corporate team-building retreat, save the department from being dissolved, and somehow reclaim his self-respect along the way. Jakub Prachař and Vojtěch Kotek lead the cast.
