AnnaSophia Robb plays a young woman, already down on her luck, who finds herself pregnant under circumstances she cannot explain. As the months pass, disturbing symptoms accumulate — and the people around her seem to know exactly what is happening. The cast includes Rory Culkin, Mira Sorvino, and Hannah Murray.
