Synopsis
Sled lisitsy na kamnyakh ("Fox Tracks on the Stones," 2019) is a Russian detective series you can watch online on iFILM. Wealthy patron Andrey Kalashnikov has sunk his entire fortune into a crumbling old manor in the remote village of Kamyshovka. Then he hires two private investigators, Makar Ilyushin and Sergey Babkin, because the place has started turning strange.
It begins when Vera Bakshaeva, sister of the manor's previous owner, shows up insisting the house is rightfully hers. Kalashnikov blacks out and comes to beside her corpse. Panicked, he buries the body, then breaks down and confesses to the police — yet Bakshaeva is never found, alive or dead. As Ilyushin and Babkin dig in, the locals close ranks against the outsiders, and that silence says plenty. Director Anton Pavlyuchik builds the tension out of small-village paranoia rather than action. With Evgeny Pronin and Aleksey Vakulov in the leads, it's a slow-burn whodunit where everyone has a reason to lie. Stream Sled lisitsy na kamnyakh online on iFILM. Rated 18+.
