Synopsis
Molodyozhka. New Shift (2024) is a Russian sports drama series — watch online on iFILM. The Sharks, a student hockey club at Polytech University, are days from being disbanded when new administrator Vadim Kazantsev steps in with a plan: rebuild the squad into a league contender and lift the school's profile along the way. Directed by Andrei Silkin, Andrei Golovkov, and Sergei Arlanov.
Kazantsev's pick for head coach is Andrei Kislyakov, a former pro who retired from the ice years ago. Kislyakov inherits a talented but completely unruly roster of young players who have never met a system they liked.
