The year is 1915. Socialist adventurer Alexander Parvus walks into the office of Germany's foreign minister with a proposal: fund a revolution inside Russia and end the war on the Eastern Front in one move. Racing the same clock from the other side is Imperial counterintelligence agent Alexei Mezentsev, who risks everything to unravel the conspiracy before the empire collapses.
