Sherman's Showcase (2019) is an American comedy series you can watch online on iFILM — a fake archive of a fictional music-variety show that supposedly ran for forty years. Bashir Salahuddin and Diallo Riddle created it as a satirical time capsule of Black American pop culture, moving through soul, funk, R&B, and hip-hop in a single package.

Each episode raids the vault: clips from different decades of Sherman's fictional run, era-accurate sets and fashions, musical performances by guest stars. Tiffany Haddish, Tawny Newsome, and the Lucas Brothers (Keegan and Keith) all turn up in the rotating cast. The show aired on IFC with a TV-MA rating — the comedy has teeth.
