Who Is America? (2018) is Sacha Baron Cohen's Showtime series — watch it online on iFILM. The creator of Borat builds a fresh gallery of characters and deploys them in hidden-camera interviews with real American politicians, gun lobbyists, and public figures.

The personas range from a far-right media pundit to a cheerful NPR-style liberal, an Israeli counterterrorism trainer to a recently released ex-convict. Each character is calibrated to lower a different guard. What the subjects say — and agree to — on camera is the material; the comedy is almost secondary to the documentary value.
