Synopsis

Leonardo, Michelangelo, Donatello and Raphael have beaten the Foot Clan, but one question still nags them: where did they actually come from? The answer sits in the final canister of the green mutagen that turned four pet turtles into wisecracking ninjas. Trouble is, a battered Shredder wants that same ooze to grow an army, cooking up two hulking beasts, Tokka and Rahzar. Reporter April O'Neil, scientist Professor Jordan Perry and pizza delivery kid Keno pitch in to stop him.
