I Saw My Father's Soul on TV (Brazil, 2027) is a quiet family drama you can watch online on iFILM, centered on sixteen-year-old Clara Stuart.

School starts again, and so does the grief. Clara's grandparents push her toward auditioning for the drama club's Romeo and Juliet, hoping the stage might do what conversation can't. Classmates Amélia Nogueira, Roberto Prag and Lukas Conforto fill out a cast working through their own coming-of-age messes alongside her.

Co-directors Will Mascaro and Jessica Lorens (Mascaro also appears on screen) keep the tone understated rather than tearjerking.
