Synopsis

Charlie Roan (Elizabeth Mitchell) survived a Purge that killed her family, and now she wants to abolish it for good. That threatens everyone who profits from the sanctioned bloodshed. On the eve of the vote, the rules are quietly changed to strip her protection, and a betrayal dumps her onto the streets of Washington as the killing begins. The only person left to keep her alive is her head of security, Leo Barnes (Frank Grillo).
