Hunted

Hunted (2021) is a Belgian-French horror thriller you can watch online on iFILM, directed by Vincent Paronnaud and starring Lucie Debay as a woman who goes from a bar encounter to running for her life in under twenty minutes.

Eve meets a charming stranger for drinks. She gets in his car. What follows is immediate and merciless: she ends up in the forest with two men hunting her down. The film is not interested in long setups or explanation. Arieh Worthalter plays the pursuer with a flat, cheerful menace that is more unsettling than any amount of snarling.

Paronnaud co-directed Persepolis, and this is the furthest possible thing from that — almost dialogue-free, lean, and built around Debay carrying every frame. The film works as a stripped-down inversion of the horror victim trope, and it does not flinch. Stream Hunted (2021) on iFILM.
