Synopsis
Dreams (Dreams: Sueños, 2025) is a drama-thriller you can watch online on iFILM. Directed by Michel Franco, the film casts real-life ballet star Isaac Hernández as Fernando, a young Mexican dancer who slips across the US border without papers — ninety-five minutes of risk for one person. Jessica Chastain plays Jennifer McCarthy, the San Francisco socialite he loves.
Fernando believes Jennifer will help him build a new life in America. She has other plans. She is married to Jake, played by Rupert Friend, and her world is built on careful appearances. Fernando showing up at her door is the one variable she cannot control — and the measures she takes to manage it push the story into dark territory.
