Cecil B. Demented

Cecil B. Demented (2000) is a wild American crime comedy you can watch online on iFILM. Written and directed by John Waters, it stars Stephen Dorff as a rogue underground filmmaker who kidnaps a major Hollywood star — played by Melanie Griffith — and forces her to act in his guerrilla production.

Honey Whitlock is yanked off a red carpet by a gang of devoted cinematic terrorists who have the names of their favourite directors tattooed on their arms. Cecil wants to make something real, and he needs a real star to do it. The cast also includes Maggie Gyllenhaal, Adrian Grenier and Michael Shannon in early roles — plus Patricia Hearst, who shows up in a cameo that is either ironic or deeply on-the-nose, depending on your history.
