Synopsis
Paranormal Activity 2 (2010) is a found-footage horror film you can watch online on iFILM. Directed by Tod Williams, it works as both a sequel and a prequel: Daniel and Kristi have just brought their newborn son Hunter home from the hospital.
After a string of strange break-ins leaves the house ransacked but nothing stolen, the family wires every room with security cameras. The footage catches what no one sees while awake. Cabinet doors swing open on their own. A pool cleaner crawls out of the water. Hunter reaches toward something that isn't there, and the nanny, Martine, senses the danger long before anyone listens to her. An old family debt is coming due.
The fixed motion-sensor angles do the scaring here, with no score and no quick cuts to lean on.
