Synopsis

Anna and Ben can't get through dinner without a blowup. So they try the only logical thing: turn every argument into a song and start a band, with their recovering-addict neighbour (Fred Armisen) on drums. Behind the comedy sits a grief neither of them has named — a miscarriage that lodges between them like an unpaid debt. Adam Pally plays Ben. Lister-Jones shot the film with an all-female production crew, a deliberate choice that drew a lot of attention when the film debuted at Sundance. Sharper than it first appears.
