Dolemite

Dolemite (1975) is a crime-comedy action romp you can watch online on iFILM — a loud, much-loved slice of 1970s blaxploitation built entirely around comedian Rudy Ray Moore.

Dolemite is a pimp framed by Willie Green and crooked cops, who stuffed his trunk with drugs, furs and guns and shipped him off to prison. He gets sprung on one condition: clean up the streets where the dealers have grown untouchable. Backing him is an all-girl squad of kung-fu fighters. From there it's shootouts, rhyming street-corner monologues that play like stand-up, and brawls staged with cheerful disregard for physics.
