Synopsis
The Restless (중천, 2006) is a Korean fantasy action film you can watch online on iFILM, directed by Jo Dong-oh. It follows Yi-gwak (Jeong Woo-seong), a demon hunter who loses his fiancée to the creatures he fights — and then crosses into the afterlife to find her again.
The in-between realm of Joongcheon holds souls for 49 days before reincarnation. Yi-gwak ends up there and discovers Yon-hwa (Kim Tae-hee) — alive in form, gone from memory. The demons are hunting her in this world too, and the only way to protect her is to stay, knowing that staying means neither of them ever comes back.
