Twinless

Twinless (2025) is James Sweeney's tragicomedy, available to watch online on iFILM. Sweeney wrote, directed, and plays one of the two leads; Dylan O'Brien takes the other.

The pair meet in a support group for people who have lost a twin. Their grief matches, and out of that overlap grows an awkward, tender, genuinely funny friendship. The catch: each man is sitting on something he would rather the group never hear, and those silences don't stay buried forever. Once they surface, the movie quietly steers away from cozy buddy comedy toward somewhere you won't see coming.
