Synopsis
Mobile Suit Gundam F91 (1991) is an anime film you can watch online on iFILM, directed by Yoshiyuki Tomino. Thirty years have passed since the original Gundam war; humanity has spread into new space colonies, and a generation has grown up without conflict. That ends when the aristocratic Crossbone Vanguard launches an attack on the Frontier Side colony cluster.
Engineering student Seabook Arno has no intention of fighting anyone. He ends up at the controls of a prototype mobile suit designated F91 anyway. Tomino originally designed this as a TV series; compressed to 115 minutes, it moves at the kind of pace that assumes you're paying attention.
