Synopsis

Now he cracks abandoned cases for reward money, rebuilding each crime in his head and sometimes acting it out with his whole body. A young inspector named Ho tracks him down: her childhood friend vanished years ago and the force gave up. Andy Lau and Sammi Cheng turn the partnership into something between slapstick and obsession, dragging each other through tenements, morgues and greasy diners after the truth.
