Tale of Cinema (극장전, 2005) — watch online on iFILM — is a South Korean drama directed by Hong Sang-soo, a French-Korean co-production running 89 minutes. Two stories unfold in Seoul: a suicidal student meets a young woman who decides to go with him in his fatal plan; separately, a failed filmmaker named Dongsoo walks out of a screening and spots the actress from the very film he just watched.

Hong Sang-soo runs both threads in parallel, quietly eroding the line between what happened on screen and what happens in the street outside the theatre.
