Tortured

"Tortured" (2008) is a crime thriller directed by Nolan Lebovitz, available to watch online on iFILM. Cole Hauser, Laurence Fishburne and James Cromwell lead a tight cast in a film that builds almost entirely on a single, escalating interrogation.

An undercover FBI agent working a mob investigation is ordered by his target to torture an accountant — a man who supposedly knows where the missing money went. The catch: nothing about the accountant lines up with what the agent was told. Fishburne and Hauser spend most of the film in a room together, trading half-truths, and the script is smart enough to let that tension carry the weight.
