Synopsis

On his deathbed, King David passes the crown to his thoughtful son Solomon instead of the hot-blooded Adonijah, who storms off swearing revenge. Solomon dreams of peace and one God, which terrifies the polytheistic kings around him. So they cut a deal with Egypt's pharaoh: send the Queen of Sheba to seduce him, corrupt his faith, and leave Israel open to invasion. She nearly succeeds — until she falls for the man she came to destroy.
