Detective Keiko Kirishima (Hitomi) tracks down a troubled young man (Ryuhei Matsuda) who can enter other people's dreams. He refuses to help. She enters the dream herself. Tsukamoto, known for Tetsuo: The Iron Man, also appears in the cast and shoots the film with the same fractured, high-contrast energy as his earlier work — the nightmare sequences bleed into waking life just enough to make both feel unstable.
