Pell and Sonny — Woody Harrelson and Kiefer Sutherland — can barely stand each other, but they share a mission. Their old Cuban buddy vanished in the city, and his daughter has fallen into the hands of a ring smuggling people off the island. What follows is horseback chases through traffic, fists where words should go, and a stubborn faith that justice is something you settle with your hands. Dylan McDermott, Ernie Hudson and Luis Guzmán fill out the cast.
