Synopsis
Juliette in Spring (Juliette au printemps, 2024) is a French family drama you can watch online on iFILM. Juliette comes back to her small hometown to spend time with her relatives, and quickly learns that leaving was the easy part.
Izïa Higelin takes the title role. Waiting at home is a houseful of characters: a grumpy but loving father (Jean-Pierre Darroussin), a mother lost in New Age ideas, a sister cracking under her own crisis, and a grandmother slowly drifting away from reality. Underneath the bustle sit years of unspoken words and quiet family secrets, and the season coaxes them out. Director Blandine Lenoir adapts the graphic novel by Camille Jourdy.
