At first it feels like the future of medicine. Then Jo gets hooked on the same compounds and sees what the fraternity is really willing to do. Journalist Paula Henning keeps digging until the lab's secrets start to surface.
The cast pulls from the strong German wave of the era, including Heike Makatsch, Franka Potente and August Diehl.
