Synopsis
On Our Watch (E noi come stronzi rimanemmo a guardare, 2021) is an Italian comedy directed by Pif that you can watch online on iFILM. Arturo built the algorithm that eventually got him fired. Now he delivers packages for a living, rated and timed by an app that never sleeps.
Fabio De Luigi plays Arturo, a man who fills the silence with Stella — a holographic girlfriend whose free trial is nearly up. He can't afford to renew, and she's about to disappear. Ilenia Pastorelli is the real woman nearby who is, frustratingly, impossible to optimize. Pif turns platform capitalism into gentle farce: the jokes land because the situation is too familiar.
