Synopsis
School of Thieves (Scuola di ladri, 1986) is an Italian slapstick comedy directed by Neri Parenti that you can watch online on iFILM. A wealthy eccentric recruits his three hopelessly inept nephews and decides to train them as professional thieves. Paolo Villaggio, Lino Banfi and Massimo Boldi — three pillars of Italian comedy cinema — play the bumbling trio.
Their first field exercise lands all three in a jail cell before anything goes remotely right. The uncle persists and eventually sets them loose on the heist he calls his masterpiece: a five-billion-lire job. Naturally, the team manages to botch every step that couldn't possibly go wrong. The comedy runs on the collision between the three leads — physical, verbal, and logical — with each actor riffing off the others' failures.
