Synopsis
In Harmony (En équilibre, 2015) is a French drama you can watch online on iFILM. It follows a man who loses the use of his body and the woman sent to make that loss cost less.
Marc Guermont is a horse stuntman whose spine is shattered during a period-film shoot, leaving him paralyzed from the waist down. His insurer dispatches Florence Kernel, a negotiator whose job is to talk injured clients into accepting the smallest possible settlement. The deeper she gets into his daily reality, the harder it becomes to stay on the company's side. Albert Dupontel plays Marc, Cécile de France plays Florence, and the film lives entirely on their quiet, unforced chemistry.
Director Denis Dercourt, a former musician himself, keeps the drama small and low-key, loosely drawn from a real stuntman's story.
