Synopsis
Adidas Vs. Puma: The Brothers' Feud (Duell der Brüder, 2016) is a German historical drama you can watch online on iFILM. In the Bavarian town of Herzogenaurach, brothers Adi and Rudi Dassler start stitching athletic shoes in their mother's laundry room in the early 1920s.
Business booms — their lightweight spikes end up on Olympic champions, the factory expands, and the two share a single dream. Then come the war, the suspicion, and one quarrel that never heals. In 1948 the joint company tears in two. Adi launches Adidas, Rudi launches Puma, and the firms on opposite banks of the Aurach river turn a family grudge into a decades-long brand war.
Ken Duken and Torben Liebrecht play the brothers so the rivalry reads less like a boardroom plot and more like a domestic wound carved up into logos.
