Late Phases

Late Phases (2014) is an American horror-thriller directed by Adrián García Bogliano — watch it online on iFILM. A blind Vietnam vet moves into a quiet retirement community and, on his very first night, his neighbour is torn apart. The local residents seem oddly incurious about the whole thing.
