Bobby, played by Seagal, has never wanted partners or much supervision. This time his task force is tailing a Russian arms dealer when the job drowns in blood: a street war erupts between a local Gypsy gang and the dealer's crew, and one agent is left to die in the crossfire. From that point the assignment turns into a personal manhunt. Seagal wrote the script himself, and stuntman and martial artist Darren Shahlavi plays the chief villain, so the road to the final showdown runs straight through bare-knuckle fights.

Shot in Romania among cramped courtyards and basements, the film keeps things grim, fast and unpolished. This is plain genre work from Seagal's direct-to-video years, short on talk and heavy on payback. If you came for brawls and chases rather than psychology, it delivers exactly that.
