Synopsis
Heartsong (Gönül, 2022) is a Turkish musical melodrama you can watch online on iFILM. A wandering musician shows up to play a wedding, and the celebration falls apart mid-performance, right in front of him.
In the middle of the chaos he falls for the bride — a young woman her own family has pushed into danger. A man used to drifting and answering to no one now has to step into someone else's mess and, quite literally, save her life. The film mixes drama with light comedy, and the music carries the story rather than just decorating it. Erkan Kolçak Köstendil and Hazar Ergüçlü lead.
