Synopsis
Dancing with the Stars Season 17 — watch online on iFILM, twelve episodes from ABC's fall 2013 line-up. The biggest structural change since the show launched: no separate results episode.
Performances and eliminations now share one two-hour block. Judges score on the night; those points combine with viewer votes from the previous week, and the couple at the bottom is cut before the show ends. The sky-box where the co-host used to interview dancers mid-show was gone; couples now wait in a new area beside the judges' table. Cher performed live during the run, and Maksim Chmerkovskiy joined as a guest judge at the semi-finals. The compressed format turns every week into a single high-stakes evening.
