Shannon Elizabeth and Danny Trejo anchor a cast that also includes Eric Roberts and Frank Whaley. Director Wendy Wilkins — who also acts in the film — doesn't soften the subject: this is a blunt, R-rated piece about trafficking and survival, built around women who have stopped waiting to be saved.
