Synopsis
Cool Katya (Классная Катя, 2022) is a Russian comedy you can watch online on iFILM. A suburban mayor parks his wild-child daughter in an ordinary school as a geography teacher — the math is simple: a daughter in front of a classroom should nudge his approval ratings before the next election. Brash, spoiled Katya is used to the good life and knows next to nothing about teenagers. Now she has to face a room of high-schoolers who see right through her every single day, and somehow get along with a staff that can't stand her. For her father's scheme to work, she has to climb down off her pedestal and win over both the town and her own class — and that, to put it mildly, does not happen overnight.
