Synopsis
Sweet Trap (2024) is a Chinese rom-com series you can watch online on iFILM. Li Nai takes a job under celebrated chef Jiang Jie, and she isn't there to learn knife skills. She wants payback: to win back the five-star kitchen knife, a badge of honor she's sure Jiang Jie stole from her mentor.
The plan looks easy on paper. Get close, beat him at his own craft, walk away with the blade. Jiang Jie reads her from day one, though, and the would-be avenger lands squarely inside a trap of his making. What follows is a string of cooking duels, sharp-tongued sparring, and a rivalry that slowly turns into something neither of them planned. Traditional Chinese cuisine carries every scene, each dish a move in the argument between two stubborn people.
