Synopsis
Factice (2025) is a French tragicomedy you can watch online on iFILM. Victoire works as a doctor's receptionist and moonlights as a freelance graphic designer. Quiet suburb, a husband, two kids, a brother out in the garden cottage.
Then her husband is badly hurt on the job and the family slides into debt. Victoire has an old talent that once landed her in serious trouble: she can forge almost anything. Out of sheer desperation, she and her brother set up a backroom operation faking documents. The money starts coming in — until real criminals notice the racket, and a small hustle suddenly puts their freedom and their lives on the line.
Director Julie Rohart keeps the show poised between dark comedy and family drama, funny right up to the moment it turns genuinely tense. Caroline Anglade leads.
