Synopsis

Thirty years earlier, the building was the scene of an unsolved satanic mass killing. The guests arrive loaded with podcasts and conspiracy boards — and within hours they're trapped, with someone picking them off one by one. Each death grows more elaborate than the last. Eric McCormack, Michelle Nolden, Yanna McIntosh and Grey Powell lead a cast that has nowhere to run.
MacDonald, who made Backcountry and Pyewacket, knows how to build a space that closes in around you. Here the premise turns the genre's own audience into the victims — a crowd of true-crime obsessives living through the thing they love watching — and the show plays that irony completely straight.
