Late Fame

Late Fame (2026) is a French-American drama you can watch online right now, adapted from a novella Arthur Schnitzler left unpublished at his death. Willem Dafoe plays Ed Saxberger, a once-published New York poet whose decades-old poems get dug up by a loud, eager group of young creatives.

The attention flatters him and unsettles him in equal measure — the group starts dragging him to readings and parties, and he finds himself wanting to write again after years of not bothering.
