Synopsis

Forty-year-old Emelya runs the official fan club and just wants to stand shoulder to shoulder with his idols. Shoving his way toward them at the tsar's banquet, he accidentally wrecks a covert mission to capture the sorcerer Koschei Bedrosovich, who vanishes with the tsar's daughter in tow. Overnight Emelya becomes public enemy number one — hated by the crowd, the tsar, and even his own fan club.
