Pavel (Miloš Biković), the new and rather unprepared manager of a five-star Moscow hotel, inherits the job through family connections. To stop the place from falling apart, he flies in Sofia (Ekaterina Vilkova) from Brussels — a sharp, no-nonsense executive who immediately starts rewriting every rule in the building. Receptionist Dasha (Diana Pozharskaya), maître d' Mikhail Jackovich (Grigorij Sijatvinda), and chef Senya (Sergey Lavygin) each respond to the new regime in their own way, which keeps the lobby at a low boil for three full seasons.
