Synopsis
The Devil's Carnival (2012) is a musical horror you can watch online on iFILM. Three dead strangers get tickets to a hellish amusement park. A thief, a gullible girl, and a father wrecked by grief wander the midway, where every sinner relives their worst failing on a loop — set to numbers from a troupe of singing carnies.
Darren Lynn Bousman, director of Saw II through IV, made this with Terrance Zdunich, who wrote the music and plays Lucifer himself, ringmaster of the whole sideshow. The stories are Aesop's fables rewritten in the language of cabaret. On the bill: Sean Patrick Flanery, Paul Sorvino, Bill Moseley, and singer Emilie Autumn, all packed into a tight 55 minutes of songs and blood-soaked greasepaint.
