Storm of the Century (1999) is a three-part Stephen King television event — stream it online on iFILM. A blizzard cuts off the island town of Little Tall just as a stranger named André Linoge walks in and immediately commits murder. Colm Feore plays him with a stillness that outpaces the storm outside: he doesn't hide, doesn't run, just sits in his cell and waits.

Tim Daly is the constable trying to hold the town together while Linoge systematically exposes every buried secret every islander has spent years suppressing. The horror isn't the weather — it's what a community will actually do when a man who knows everything offers them a way out. Director Craig R. Baxley keeps nearly five hours of material taut throughout, aided by a cast that includes Jeffrey DeMunn and Debrah Farentino as the fabric of a town unraveling.
